  • 1 part cumin seeds
  • 1 part coriander seeds
  • 1 part fennel seeds

You can grind the seeds in a mortar and pestle, but it’s no biggie if you don’t. Add boiling water, steep for 10 mins or so, strain. To be enjoyed preferably with your feet up somewhere or while lying in a bathtub, like the Queen/King that you are.
